Refund and Cancellation
Aer will have to intimate the Hostel management 30 days (Preferably in the beginning of the month) before she intends to vacate the accommodation. A formal email should be sent to archanagr26@gmail.com. Hostellers leaving on any day of the month shall pay the full month's rent. Maintenance Fee of Rs.500 will be deducted from the Security Deposit while vacating. Without prior intimation, the Security Deposit will be refunded as follows:
30 Days' Notice: Full refund of Security Deposit.
15 Days' Notice: Half Month of Security Deposit.
10 Days' Notice: 30% Advance Security Deposit.
Less than 10 Days: No Refund of Security Deposit.
Refund will be provided within 24 hours, In case of delay in intimation, the management will hold back the advance amount accordingly.
